Working Safely, Together: Recognizing Strong Safety Performance Across Our US Operations

At GMA, safety is more than a priority — it is a shared responsibility that shapes how we work every day.

During the fourth quarter of 2025, our US team delivered another strong safety performance, reflecting the continued commitment of employees across all levels of the business. From the dedicated efforts of frontline crews to the support of supervisors and site leadership, this achievement highlights the strength of our safety culture and the importance of looking out for one another.

This result was made possible through consistent attention to safe work practices, active participation in safety processes, and a collective focus on preventing incidents before they occur.

Noel Ferrer, General Manager of Safety, Americas, expressed that this remarkable achievement is a testament to the unwavering dedication of our entire team.

“Strong safety performance is not just a metric; it’s about the everyday commitment of our people making the right decisions. It’s about looking out for one another, speaking up, and prioritizing safety in every task.

The outstanding results for 2025 are a direct reflection of our frontline workers, supervisors, and plant managers who embody this commitment daily. Their hard work and determination are what truly drives our success.”

David Suszko, President GMA Americas, reinforced the importance of safety as a core expectation across the region.

“Safety will always come first at GMA — it is fundamental to how we operate and how we support one another. These results reflect a strong culture of care and accountability, and I want to thank every team member for the role they play in ensuring everyone goes home safe, every day.”

To recognize the milestone, the team marked the achievement with an annual safety recognition event, bringing employees together for a site lunch and presentations of appreciation. A safety recognition plaque was also awarded to the Plant, along with small tokens of thanks, acknowledging the ongoing commitment and care shown by our people every day.

While safety performance is measured in results, it is built through daily actions: teamwork, accountability, and the shared goal of ensuring everyone goes home safe.

Congratulations to all involved for contributing to another strong quarter and for continuing to strengthen safety across our US operations.
