Wayne joined GMA Mining Australia as Plant Operator in 1986 and has taken on more challenging roles over the past three decades.

Today, he is responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and development of GMA’s global Quality, Environment, and Safety Management systems. One of his proudest work achievements was the opportunity to work with the local teams to obtain ISO certification for our mining and processing operations in Australia and overseas.
