I am very pleased to announce the appointment of Grant Cox as CEO of the GMA Garnet Group, effective 15 July 2021.

Grant has been performing in the role of Acting CEO while continuing as Group CFO over the past 12 months.

As the Group’s  CEO, Grant will be leading and supporting the global Group as we  embark on our Five-Year Plan “Fix & Grow” and  pursue significant business growth through the full development of our Australian and international garnet resources and global distribution network.

Prior to joining GMA in 2015 as  CFO, he worked in the Corporate Finance and Restructuring divisions of Ernst & Young with a wide range of clients and industries.

Grant holds a Masters in Professional Accounting degree with high distinction and two Graduate Diplomas for Applied Finance and Chartered Accounting. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA) and Financial Services Institute of Australia (FINSIA).
