Family meal program opens doors to a better future

Every Friday, volunteers at the Champion Project kitchen prepare nutritious three-course meals for over 100 families in the Armadale community in Perth, Australia.

The meal program creates opportunities for the charity to reach out to those who are experiencing significant lifestyle barriers and help them improve their circumstances.

A group of employees from our Perth office helped with the meal preparations at the kitchen in September this year. Working alongside the volunteers gave our team a better understanding of the work that is creating positive impacts in the community.

GMA is pleased to have sponsored two new ovens for the kitchen. The ovens enabled them to increase the number of meal sets – to reach out to more families.
