In a first for GMA, Kenneth will be based in Malaysia, servicing GMA’s existing businesses in the region, including Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines, while Igarashi san will be based in Tokyo, servicing GMA’s existing NEA businesses, including Japan, South Korea and Taiwan.
General Manager International Sales and Marketing, Flynn Cowan welcomed Kenneth and Igarashi san to the APAC team, highlighting the opportunities that these new roles bring to the region.
“Northeast and Southeast Asia are high potential markets for GMA, and we are excited to have Igarashi san on board in Tokyo and Kenneth in Malaysia to work with our customers and distributors throughout the region to ensure their needs are exceeded,” he said.
APAC Sales Manager, Chris Manger agrees the new roles will benefit current and future customers across Asia.
“Having two BDM’s based in Asia for GMA will enable us to spend more time in front of customers to understand their needs, identify new opportunities and strengthen the GMA brand throughout the region,” he said.
“It’s a really exciting time for GMA’s growth strategy in Asia and we are really pleased to have two such experienced team members on board.”
