The employees organised a food drive to donate to local food banks as part of the company’s wellness programme.
To get everyone into the spirit of giving, a competition was put together, and the team that donates the most items wins the challenge. Seven teams comprised of employees from different departments participated, with employees purchasing items out of their own pockets.
Thanks to everyone’s enthusiasm and generosity, we donated more than 1,700 items to the local Sheridan & Ennis Food Banks.
The majority of the items that were given to families in need were non-perishable food items such as canned and boxed goods. Some employees also purchased home goods like laundry detergent, while others remembered to include our furry friends in need by donating pet food!
